December 10th is fast approaching. It is both the anniversary of Slow Food and Terra Madre Day! It falls on the day that we have our monthly convivium and we’re thrilled to invite you all to come join us, share locally sourced food, talk story and learn about what Terra Madre Day is all about. So far from those we know are coming, the following local deliciousness is planned:
Olive oil with Fresh culinary Herbs dipping (aka “pinzimonio”) and fresh bread
Vegetarian lasagna with Rainbow chard and fresh pesto
Chicolate -Coconut Bon Bon
Also Chef Marc Mc Dowell offered to come to give a food/cooking demonstration of how to cook with fresh Herbs.
